Custom Orders

All custom-made items (e.g., curtains, blinds, upholstery, cushions, etc.) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, as they are specifically tailored to your measurements and requirements.

We recommend double-checking all measurements and fabric selections before placing your order.
Ready-Made Products

Ready-made items may be eligible for return or exchange within 3 days of purchase or delivery, provided they are unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.

The customer must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

We will inspect the issue and offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Photos or videos of the damage may be required for verification.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Custom-made curtains and blinds

Installed or used items

Clearance or sale items

Fabric cut from rolls
Refund Process

If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Delivery or installation charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Exchange Conditions

Exchanges are only allowed for equal or higher value items.

Any price difference must be paid by the customer.
