Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving the order confirmation and advance payment.

• Custom-made products (like curtains, blinds, cushions, etc.) require additional production time, typically between 7–14 business days, depending on complexity.

Delivery Coverage

• We offer delivery within Sargodha and to other areas across Pakistan.

• Delivery to remote or rural areas may take extra time and might be subject to additional charges.

Note: Delivery times are estimated and may be affected by holidays, weather, or courier delays.

Delivery Charges

• Within Sargodha: Free delivery on orders over PKR 4,999/- otherwise delivery charges apply.

• Outside (All over in Pakistan): Delivery charges will be calculated based on location, size, and weight of the order.

• Installation charges (if applicable) are separate and will be discussed during order placement.

Installation Services

• Installation is available within selected areas and is carried out by our professional team.

• A separate installation fee may apply, based on the size and type of the project.

Tracking & Communication

• Customers will be notified once their order has been dispatched.

• For courier-shipped orders, a tracking number will be provided.

• Our support team is available to assist with any questions regarding order status.

Delays & Issues

• We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, weather conditions, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

• Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct at the time of placing the order.

In-Store Pickup

• Customers can also choose to pick up their order from our showroom after receiving a confirmation message.

• Pick-up hours: 9am to 10pm
